Um Fu Kuen (Five Tigers Fist)
Five Tigers Fist develops the most powerful aspect of both Tiger and Eagle. This set trains you in the use of effective grappling and devastating joint locking techniques. This is one of the longest and most spectacular sets of Eagle Claw.

Dai Mien Jeung (Big Soft Palm)
This set focuses on quick light footwork and complex kicking techniques. Included here is the famous “No Shadow” kick, which was supposed to be so fast that it did not cast a shadow. This set increases your hand-body-foot coordination with lots of aerial techniques and grabbing methods.

Tai Jow Kuen (Emperor's Fist)
This set trains your Chin Na skills, developing your grabbing and hand coordination. Composed of master level techniques, Tai Jow Kuen was named after the first emperor of the Sung Dynasty.

An Arhat (or Law horn) is one of the personal disciples of the Buddha. Literally translated as “worthy ones”, the Arhats have attained Nirvana (extinction) by conquering their passions, and have ended the cycle of rebirth into suffering. Arhat fist is one of the most famous sets of Shaolin Kung Fu.
